3. Customers
The services are intended for consumers. By booking a class, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Booking process
A booking is completed when you submit the booking through the website and the payment has been successfully processed.
After booking, you may receive an order confirmation or booking confirmation by email. You are responsible for entering correct contact details during checkout.
PJ Stories may refuse or cancel a booking if the booking information is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or if the class is unavailable.

Prices are shown on the website. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in euros.
PJ Stories may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
7. Cancellation, refunds and rescheduling by the customer
All bookings are final.
Once a class has been booked and paid for, the booking is non-refundable. This means that if you cancel, do not attend, arrive late, are unable to participate, or change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund.
Bookings cannot be rescheduled unless PJ Stories expressly agrees in writing.
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person unless PJ Stories expressly agrees in writing.
8. Right of withdrawal for consumers
For online purchases, consumers may in some cases have a statutory right of withdrawal.
However, yoga classes offered by PJ Stories are services related to leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period. For such services, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.
By booking a class for a specific date, time, or period, you acknowledge and agree that the booking is final and that you do not have a right to withdraw from the booking, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
If a class is offered in a way that does not fall under this exception, PJ Stories will apply the mandatory consumer withdrawal rules where required by law.
9. Cancellation or changes by PJ Stories
PJ Stories may cancel, move, or change a class where necessary, including due to illness, safety concerns, low attendance, force majeure, location issues, technical problems, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
If PJ Stories cancels a class, PJ Stories may offer one of the following options at its discretion:
a replacement class;
a class credit;
another reasonable alternative; or
a refund, where required by mandatory law.
PJ Stories is not responsible for additional costs incurred by the customer, such as travel, accommodation, childcare, or other expenses.
10. Online classes
For online classes, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, device, space, and environment to participate safely.
PJ Stories is not responsible for technical issues on your side, including internet interruptions, device problems, software issues, or failure to access the online class due to incorrect details entered during booking.
You may not record, copy, share, reproduce, or distribute online classes without prior written permission from PJ Stories.
11. Health and participation
Yoga involves physical movement and may not be suitable for everyone.
By booking and participating in a class, you confirm that:

you will only participate in movements and exercises that feel safe and appropriate for you;
you will stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms;
you will seek medical advice before participating if you are pregnant, injured, ill, recovering from surgery, taking medication, or have any medical condition that may affect your ability to practise yoga safely;
you will inform the teacher before class of any relevant injuries, limitations, pregnancy, or medical conditions that may affect your participation.
Any information shared during class about health, movement, breathing, relaxation, or wellbeing is general information only and is not medical advice.

Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk.
PJ Stories will provide classes with reasonable care and skill. However, PJ Stories is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, non-attendance, or other harm unless caused by intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful.
You are responsible for your belongings during in-person classes.
13. Class conduct
PJ Stories aims to provide a respectful and safe environment.
You agree to behave respectfully towards the teacher and other participants. PJ Stories may refuse access to a class or remove a participant if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening, inappropriate, or otherwise harmful.
