Yin Yoga has been one of the most powerful practices in my own journey back to myself.
For a long time, I was very good at doing. Achieving, pushing, moving forward and living mostly from my head. But my body was asking for something else.
What really changed everything for me was one private Yin Yoga class.
In that session, I released things I didn’t even know I was holding. I cried, released and it went very deep. I honestly couldn’t believe how much can move through the body when you finally feel safe enough to soften. That experience changed my life and it is a big part of why I teach today.
Yin Yoga helped me slow down enough to listen.
Before becoming a teacher, I practised Yin Yoga for years with experienced teachers. I kept coming back to it, because there was something about the stillness, the softness and the depth of the practice that felt different from anything else.
Later, I completed my Yin Yoga teacher training, where I deepened my knowledge of the body, the nervous system and Traditional Chinese Medicine. And I am still learning every single day.
I am very in touch with meridians, organs, elements, emotions and how much the body can hold when we don’t give it space to release. This is also how I structure my classes.
In my classes, I create a calm and grounding space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body and let go in your own rhythm.
I hope to invite you into a space where you can breathe, feel and come back to yourself without pressure or judgment.
