Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all yoga classes booked through www.paulajamiebos.com.
1. All bookings are final
All bookings are final once payment has been completed.
PJ Stories operates a strict no-refund policy. This means that booked classes are non-refundable.
2. No refunds for customer cancellation or non-attendance
No refund will be provided if you:
cancel your booking;
change your mind;
cannot attend the class;
arrive late;
miss the class;
are unable to participate;
book the wrong class, date, or time;
experience personal scheduling issues;
experience travel delays or other personal circumstances.
3. No rescheduling
Bookings cannot be rescheduled unless PJ Stories expressly agrees in writing.
4. No transfer of bookings
Bookings are personal and cannot be transferred to another person unless PJ Stories expressly agrees in writing.
5. Right of withdrawal
Classes offered by PJ Stories are leisure-related services provided on a specific date or during a specific period.
For that reason, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal may not apply to these bookings. By booking a class, you acknowledge that the booking is final and that you are not entitled to withdraw from the booking, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Cancellation or changes by PJ Stories
PJ Stories may cancel, move, or change a class where necessary.
If PJ Stories cancels a class, PJ Stories may offer one of the following options at its discretion:
a replacement class;
a class credit;
another reasonable alternative; or
a refund, where required by mandatory law.
PJ Stories is not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, childcare, or other expenses.
